These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SureGut mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

SureGut is for informational purposes only. The App utilizes artificial intelligence to scan and analyze dietary labels. It is NOT designed to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, food allergy, or dietary restriction.

1. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

SureGut offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions to provide unlimited label scanning and advanced AI analysis. In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, the following terms apply:

Subscription Options: SureGut Premium Monthly and SureGut Premium Annual
Subscription Length: Monthly / Annual
Subscription Price: $0.99/month or $9.99/year
Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original subscription price.
You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
We also offer a 3 day trial period for the app after which you will be automatically subscribed to SureGut Premium Annual subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You must not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, algorithms, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of the SureGut developers and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureGut and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
